The deep diving was mainly conducted in the closer vicinity of Hurghada, for safety reasons. The results of six samplings done at 75 to 89 m yielded numerous specimens of yet another new Conus. That species had been known to exist in the general area, but too few samples were available prior to our efforts. It will soon be examined more closely and officially named. A new Muricid we discovered has just been named: Naquetia rhondae, in honor of our founder's charming wife
